Carlin Hafiz-Founder & CEO

Carlin Hafiz was diagnosed in 2013 and 2022 with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and endured a double dose of surgery, chemotherapy, and thirty-three rounds of radiation, and today is cancer-free.

Because of her walk with breast cancer, she became a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), Holistic Wellness Advocate, and founder and CEO of Th3 Pink Haus and Evolve & Become. She is a motivational speaker who has shared her journey with TNBC breast cancer, integrative wellness, and tips for self-advocacy on various platforms.  

Helping others was instilled in her at an early age, and today that passion guides everything she does--whether as a mother, wife, grandmother, daughter, friend, mentor, peer, or coach. She takes every role in her life seriously. Helping others achieve success, happiness, healing, balance, power, and mental freedom makes her thrive. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out with her girlfriends, reading, dancing, listening to music, spending time in nature, studying herbalism and astrology, or simply being alone doing absolutely nothing. 

One of Carlin’s favorite quotes she loves sharing with others is, “When it comes to your health, you are in the driver’s seat! Buckle up, fix your crown, and breathe!”
